Parent Information Fair at Burke High School on Saturday, November 14th from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m.  
 
The fair will be an opportunity for parents and community partners to learn about the many resources available to help parents become more involved in their childs education, learn more about the excellent school choices and options available to students in Charleston County, and get unlimited information on free tutoring and other services available to parents in this great district.  This is another great example of collaborative partnerships that are possible inside our district as well.  See the attached flyer for additional information.

Academic Magnet Women's Basketball 2009-2010

Varsity basketball (9th-12th grades) and Junior Varsity (9th-10th grades) basketball tryouts/practice are Nov. 2 and Nov. 3 from 3:40-5:00 p.m. All players must submit a physical prior to tryouts. First year players must also submit a copy of your birth certificate. Please submit all of these items to Coach Walpole (Varsity) or Coach Williams (JV) on the first day of tryouts. Note: If you played a fall sport (cross country, volleyball, tennis, swimming) you should already have these items on file.
