AMHS has a tangible sense of community that shines through in everything we do, whether it’s passing a pair of scissors on Wall Day, sharing moments of silence in student walkouts, (vividly) arguing over a court case, or spelling out A-M-H-S during pep rallies. That sense of inclusivity—the feeling of belonging within a diverse group of talented students—always drives me to uplift the communities I’m a part of, whether off or on the Bonds-Wilson campusHarry Ding, '24

Academic Magnet is unique in that it fosters the best possible learning environment. At Magnet, students push each other to be their best and truest selves.  Teachers mentor students to unlock their full potential.  Overall, Academic Magnet has become my home away from home, as it is the place I feel most comfortable to be myself. Kabir Zaman, '24
